Return Policy

At golfshoppingshop.com we are earnestly not content until you are. We are fully confident you will be pleased with your product and the speed and quality of service. Our job does not end when you click buy. As a wholesaler as well as an individual vendor, it is our business to maintain long term relationships with clients. We are, therefore dedicated to following through with our service until full customer satisfaction is achieved. We understand that each client's needs are unique, so are ready to deal with any problems that arise.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase contact us immediately at support@golfshoppingshop.com we will instruct you where to return your commodity. Do not return to sender. You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a refund or replacement.

You must return your commodity new and unused within 7 days of receipt for refund. You must send you returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a replacement/refund to be issued. In such cases, we will lose the initial cost of shipping to you, and so, unfortunately, can not offer to pay the return fees. Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received (ie. Refunded on your credit card) and may take up to 7-10 business days after receipt of the goods.

 

 

 

Return Policies

We offer a "Return for Exchange" in the following cases:

    * Defective product
    * Delivery misunderstanding

If you wish to exchange your product, you must inform us within three business days after you have received the package (the received date is based on our carrier's tracking system) at support@golfshoppingshop.com and we will instruct you as to how to exchange your product.

Please include the following information in your email :

    * The date you ordered the items,
    * The tracking number of your order,
    * The item/s to be exchanged and the reason why the item/s are being returned.

Return Rules and Conditions

    * To exchange a products first you need to inform us within three business days after you have received the package
    * All items must be returned new and unused within seven business days of receipt in order to receive an exchange.
    * In order to exchange the product, you will need to ship the item back at your own expense with a courier and provide a valid tracking number.
    * It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that all original tags are still attached and that the items are not damaged during shipping.
